John/Looksmart did his inspection on a Friday and had an incredibly detailed 48 page report emailed over by Sunday night. The report was thorough with multiple pictures detailing his findings. We could not be more happy with his work and professionalism. I have had mixed experiences with home inspectors, to say the least, and John just redeemed the profession in my eyes. He called within 20 minutes of my original call (later on a weeknight - I left a message, not expecting a response), and set up the inspection within days. He sent sample reports, and told me to set aside 4 HOURS for the inspection!

When I started looking for a home inspector I wanted someone with good credentials who had been doing it full time for a while, would not rush the job and provide a good report all for a fair price. His price will seem low compared to many others, but don't be fooled you will get alot of information . John is truly awesome and helps take some of the fear out of the process.
